AppASO sells the ASO Pack, a one-time digital service priced at $99 USD:

• ASO Pack — a hand-crafted set of optimized App Store metadata (app name, subtitle, 100-character keyword field, keyword rationale and competitor coverage analysis) for one app across three (3) App Store markets of the buyer's choice. Delivered by email as a PDF report within three (3) business days of payment. One-time payment, no subscription.

Legacy "Founding access" purchases (lifetime access to the future AI generator, one-time $99, limited to the first 50 buyers) made before the ASO Pack launch remain valid under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. on hosted checkout pages. We do not handle or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your bank.

• ASO Pack: fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of delivery, no reason required. To request a refund, reply to the delivery email saying you would like a refund. The refund is issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
• Legacy Founding access: fully refundable at any time before version 1 of the product ships. To request a refund, email hello@appasoai.com with the receipt of your purchase. The refund is issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

We provide a tool and a service, not a ranking guarantee. App Store rankings depend on many factors outside of our control (your category, competitors, downloads, retention, App Store algorithm changes). We do not guarantee that using AppASO will increase your rankings or downloads.

• You agree not to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the AppASO service or its outputs as your own.
• You agree not to use the service for apps that violate Apple App Store guidelines.
• We may decline or refund an order at our discretion (for example, if it appears to be for fraud, abuse, or testing purposes).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of AppASO is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost data, lost rankings).

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated via the site and the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rimini, Italy, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence applies.
